客户提供申请文件→项目评估报价→双方签订合同→客户按要求准备相关文件(乙方提供咨询辅导)→乙方初审→工厂审核（针对需要审核的认证模式可选）→认证技术文件编写(乙方) →认证资料文件审核（认证机构）→证书签发
