·         Unified EAC mark is applicable for both approvals:  certificate and declaration.

Voluntary approvals

No voluntary approvals in CU TR scope at all. For  example, a rechargeable battery is outside of any CU TR / EAEU regulations.  It means you never obtain, even voluntary, any document of compliance to mark  it by EAC-mark. You should declare the battery in accordance with national  regulation and mark it by PCT-sign for Russian market.

Russian obligatory. All other languages are regulated  by member-countries legislation.
